Strategy

Oujda's vision focuses on comprising a pioneer city within the Kingdom of Morocco, through the strengthening of its municipal structures in order to collaborate properly with all the public and private actors at its territorial level. The three axes around which the municipality's vision unfolds include: - The definition and implementation of a low carbon urban development model, with Oujda municipality as a pilot for the rest of the municipalities in the country. - The adoption of a cross-cutting and innovative approach to fight climate change. - The affirmation of the local authority's role as the coordinator at the municipal level will all the public and private stakeholders
